Peak performance. Wider impact.
SUPER
WORKING
From Superworking to SuperBEING
The capacity to thrive — and to meet a changing world with clear eyes. Superworking equips people and teams with practical tools, grounded in neuroscience, for how we actually think, work, and contribute in unusual times.
Contemporary neuroscience confirms what astronauts have long described: the felt sense of belonging to something larger than yourself is not a mystical idea — it is a measurable neurological state, one that reduces stress reactivity and increases generosity and cooperation. This is not separate from leadership capacity. It is the foundation of it.

Why Superworking Works
Knowing is not the same as doing.
There is no shortage of advice about performance, productivity, and wellbeing. Yet most of it never becomes habit.
Superworking works at this intersection — taking the latest neuroscience and behavioural research and building it, deliberately, into how people actually live and work.
This is not another framework to understand. It is a structured path from insight to instinct — practical enough to use under pressure, simple enough to stick, and built for a world that will keep asking more of us.
The Whole Person
It may be called Superworking, but it is actually SuperBEING.
You know your people are not just employees. What happens in their personal lives shapes how they show up at work — and what happens at work shapes everything else. Superworking starts with the whole person: body, mind, being. Tools to support the nervous system, a sense of agency, a clear north star. When these are addressed, there is greater focus, creativity, and yes, productivity.
What organisations consistently discover is that when people feel more whole, more regulated, more fulfilled, more themselves, then performance follows as the natural by-product. They make better decisions; it is easier to collaborate. Not because we chased productivity directly, rather because we built the foundation underneath it.
What is Superworking?
Proven for thirty years. Built for what comes next.
Superworking has been delivered to thousands of senior executives across Australia, Asia, and Europe — from Qantas pilots to parliamentarians to C-suite bankers and emerging leaders. For 30 years it has produced measurable, lasting results.
First created by Susanne Rix in Australia in the 1990s, Superworking synthesised neuroscience, stress research, and whole-brain thinking into a programme that was genuinely ahead of its time.
The time we find ourselves in now is asking for more than personal effectiveness. The science has progressed, and the world we need to prepare ourselves for is changing fast. Superworking carries that proven foundation forward, and expands the lens: who do we need to be now, in this decade?
Superworking draws on the neuroscience of flow and peak performance, translated into practical skills and daily habits. It recognises that personal and business success are not isolated from the world we live in. We support you to explore what it truly means to lead well, right now, with future generations in mind.
The Approach
Three capacities. One integrated programme.
The Inner Operating System
Stress regulation, whole-brain thinking, flow states, creative capacity, brain-body awareness, and the daily habits and structures that sustain performance without burnout.
The Human Edge in the Age of AI
As AI takes on analytical tasks at scale, creativity, contextual judgement, empathy, and vision become our differentiators. Superworking develops these capacities — the things algorithms cannot replicate.
Planetary Awareness & the Global Commons
The natural, social, and ecological commons are inseparable from long-term organisational success. This pillar builds the wider lens, and finds the agency that comes from knowing your role in shaping what comes next. Developing an ability to think as planetary custodians — and to reshape how we operate within that context — is the task of leadership at every level in this decade.

Our Team
A mother-daughter legacy, carried forward.
Superworking is not a corporate brand. It is a body of work built over three decades by practitioners who have sat in rooms with senior leaders from Australia to Europe, have applied the skills to build social cohesion and reduce violence in countries at war, and have witnessed what genuinely changes people. We are a small, committed team — deeply invested in the work we do together.

The Wider Horizon
What does this decade ask of a leader?
We are living through a convergence of rapid change — technological, environmental, social — that is reshaping what it means to lead, work, and contribute. The research is clear: we are not separate from the world's challenges, we are living inside them. And the same research shows something else, equally real: when people find their connection to something larger than themselves, they do not just cope better. They become regenerative leaders — not despite the complexity, but because of how they meet it.
Generational Perspective
When leaders develop a genuine generational perspective, thinking about the world they leave for future generations, it transforms how organisations make decisions. Purpose deepens. Priorities clarify.
Organisations as Global Citizens
What we do daily and what matters globally are not separate questions. Superworking reconnects them, finding the agency that comes from knowing your role in shaping a collective future.
